Sure,we supply Free Samples by freight collected for Quality test. The delivery time is about 3~5 days.

2. What kinds of materials does Oubee furniture hardware use for handles and knobs?

As For the finished products, there are three main materials for your selection such as Zinc Alloy, Aluminum Alloy, Aluminum Profile.And There are a small part products with other materials: Stainless Steel, Ceramics, Crystal, Acrylic (PMMA), Leather.

3. What are the Finishing Colors?

We can provide the following color:

1. Do you accept our own design?

Sure, we can custom ANY STYLE as per your REQUEST, just advise size and other spec. Or send us the PDF / CAD files about your own design.

2. Can we order the same product shown on your website?

Of course, you can order this item by mail, and tell us other details like size,color.

After Service

How about the after service of Oubee product?

Generally, customer often request the QC to check our goods when the products are finishing.

In case of the customer receives shipment and finds some quality problem, we will accept a claim if it is our responsibility.

About Shipment

1. What is your Min.Order?

If the Order Model in stock or Hot Sale Type, MOQ is 500 pieces. 
Generally, for the OEM item, it is 2,000 pcs.

2. What is general lead time?

As usual, for our own designs, the lead time is 30~35 days based on 2,000 pcs. If urgent, we can arrange it as top order to speed up to 25~30 days. 
We usually quote FOB Shanghai,Ningbo Port.
